Day 4 - Your favorite photograph of your best friend
Today's post is short and sweet. It's simply a picture of your best friend. However, as I have several best friends I wasn't sure what picture to post. I came to conclusion to post several pictures for all of you enjoy. So, in no particular order, here are some of my best friends!

Day 3 – Your idea of the perfect first date
When I read this title I instantly thought: “This will be a hard blog to write.” The perfect first date in my mind includes many factors and the perfect first date is probably unachievable. Not only are the factors to get a perfect date hard and/or impossible to get, but date locations have the possibility of being derailed in an unstaggering number of different ways. However, since this is it blog topic I’ll try my best to describe this mythical first date.
The perfect guy – The perfect first date must always include the perfect guy. The idea of a perfect guy is different for everyone and since everyone’s taste evolves over time the perfect guy changes over time as well. Since describing the perfect guy is something I find incredibly difficult to do I’ll include two of three people I would like to go on dates with:
The perfect food – Most dates include going to eat somewhere and well, I believe that eating the perfect food reflexes the way the date will play out. I think the perfect dinner would include the following:
The perfect weather – I’ve gone on dates that have been completely derailed by the weather. The perfect weather makes all the difference in a date, especially if you’re going to do something outdoors. I believe the best seasons to date are the spring and fall. The weather is not too cold or hot either season so doing something like eating outside or doing something like going to a festival is not bad.
The perfect state of mind – I’ve found that usually first dates consist of awkward pauses where neither person says much. Even if you already know the person you’re dating, getting to know them in a more personal and passionate level can make the date uncomfortable… but only if you let it. The truth is the first date is only awkward if you choose to make it awkward. This is why I think it’s important to establish the perfect state of mind during your date. You should be optimistic and positive and chances are that if you’re that way during the date, your date will be the same way.
In my mind this is all my perfect first date needs. Keep in mind though, that this is my interpretation. Everyone has a different idea for the perfect first date so I’m aware that even all these suggestions sound good to me, yours could differ in a number of different ways. So, please tell me: What’s your idea of a perfect first date?

For starters - Oysters
The entree should be Shrimp (preferably Cajun style)
Or Pot Roast
And desert should be Pie!
The perfect activity – I’m not too picky when it comes to the activity. In my mind, the perfect first date should do more than just to take you to dinner. On a first date I want to see what my date likes to do so sharing something that reflexes his personality would feel really special to me. I’ve gone on date where we go to the movies but the most memorable dates have taken me to something a bit more unique and physical, like going to a show or going dancing. If someone wants to make it truly memorable one of the best dates I ever went on took me to a Liz Phair and Jason Mraz concert after dinner.
